Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of meeting many users who, although I only see them through the screen, have left a deep mark on me. It is not just the most memorable interactions or the most exciting moments, but about those small conversations that sometimes last only a few minutes, but that mean so much for the other person. That is the magic of what I do: each conversation has the potential to impact someone's life, either to make them laugh, so that they feel better or to feel understood.I realize that, through my work, I have become a presence in the lives of many people, a momentary shelter that allows them to be themselves, without judgments or expectations. And that, at the end of the day, is what continues to motivate me: the possibility of generating something real in an increasingly disconnected world.
