And once again, I returned to the weight loss stage! I remember about 10 years ago I decided that I needed to take care of my body!, Every day I watched my diet, ate mostly buckwheat porridge, squash caviar and this was limited to my diet, Dessert only apples! For 3 months, I did abdominal presses every day, squatted 100 times a day, and danced a lot to various fun music! As a result, my body looked great after 4 months! Then it wasn't enough for me and I went to the gym to learn how to pole dance! It was a great time!. But then my household routine came back, I had to take care of the house, and everything else that usually takes up our precious time! And I had to put my favorite sport in a deep and big box. But now, I live alone without relatives)), it's finally time to live for myself! I got back into sports and started dieting and loving myself again! I'm at a new stage in my life now!
